By checking this box, you certify that you are over the age of eighteen (18) or have the consent of your parents or guardian if you are not over the age of eighteen (18) and abide by all Chicago Planner Conference Public Vendor Marketplace Event 2026 attendee rules.

The Attendee releases & discharges the Chicago Planners Inc and the 2026 Chicago Planner Conference and its Leadership, Volunteers, Associates or Agents from any and all claims, causes of action, losses or other damage resulting from, arising out of, or relation in any way to the 2026 Chicago Planner Conference Public Vendor Marketplace Event.

The Attendee assumes all risk of damage or loss to his/her personal property, and personal effects. The Attendee will be responsible for any damages he/she causes to hotel property.

The Attendee consents to photography, audio recording and video recording at the Chicago Planner Conference 2026 Public Vendor MarketplaceEvent. The Attendee gives Chicago Planners, Inc. permission to use any photos, audio recording and/or video recording of the Attendee for commercial use without prior approval, and the Attendee waives the right to receive any compensation.

Admission to the vendor marketplace spaces and photo opportunities are reserved exclusively for guests who have purchased a ticket to attend the Chicago Planner Conference Public Vendor Marketplace Event 2026 or the 2026 Chicago Planner Conference.

Only guests with a paid 2026 Public Vendor Marketplace ticket or 2026 Chicago Planner Conference Ticket holders will be permitted entry to that event when it begins.

For the comfort and safety of all attendees, no one may stand or sit in the vendor space without paid 2026 Vendor Marketplace ticket —this includes children. The only exception is babies held in arms.

The Chicago Planner Conference Public Vendor Marketplace is open to guests 13 years of age and older and attendees of the 2026 Chicago Planner Conference. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian AT ALL TIMES during the event.

Please note: missed Public Vendor Marketplace attendance will not result in a refund of the cost of the ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred or sold.
