By agreeing to these terms and conditions , I understand that should a ticket become available and I am at the top of the waitlist, the credit card that I have included during this registration will be charged the full ticket price ($390 ($385 ticket + $5 RegFox fees)), with or without prior notice, and I will then receive an email confirming my registration.
If your ticket is secured after table preference selection has closed, you will be placed at a table based on the previous ticket holder’s table preferences. The Logistics Team attempts to not place you at a religious table, but no guarantees can be made.
In the event the credit card on file is no longer valid, the Logistics Team will reach out (via the email address linked to the account) and request an updated form of payment to process the waitlist ticket. You shall have 48 hours from the time the email is sent to respond to the logistics team or your waitlist ticket will be canceled and you will be removed from the waitlist.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY THE PROCEDURE IF THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE DOES NOT WORK AND THERE WILL BE NO NOTIFICATION AND RESPONSE TIME GENERALLY, AS THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED IF A TICKET BECOMES AVAILABLE.

By checking this box, you certify that you are over the age of eighteen (18) or have the consent of your parents or guardian if you are not over the age of eighteen (18) and abide by all Chicago Planner Conference 2024 attendee rules.

The Attendee releases & discharges the Chicago Planners Inc and the 2024 Chicago Planner Conference and its Leadership, Volunteers, Associates or Agents from any and all claims, causes of action, losses or other damage resulting from, arising out of, or relation in any way to the 2024 Chicago Planner Conference.

The Attendee assumes all risk of damage or loss to his/her personal property, and personal effects. The Attendee will be responsible for any damages he/she causes to hotel property.

The Attendee consents to photography, audio recording and video recording at the Chicago Planner Conference 2024. The Attendee gives Chicago Planners Inc permission to use any photos, audio recording and/or video recording of the Attendee for commercial use without prior approval, and the Attendee waives the right to receive any compensation.

Tickets are non-refundable, but can be resold/transferred (with a $20 fee).
